Sound Bath- 04/28 or 06/02

Service Description

In this beautiful sound meditation, you will be bathed in sound waves and vibration. You will experience a harmony of different sounds that will help to reduce stress, create balance, and provide a state of deep relaxation. Vibrations of sound have been used for healing since ancient times. The sound vibrations will help move energy though your body and help clear blockages, allowing for better flow and balance. We will be using several different gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, a crystal singing pyramid, as well as other instruments. Reiki energy will also be infused throughout the entire experience adding an additional element of healing. After the sound bath, there will be an opportunity for each participant to stand within one of our very large bowls to really feel that vibration moving through the whole body. Please dress comfortably. We will have blankets and some cushions available for you to lay on, but please feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or pillow if you would like. We will start right at 4:30, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled in your spot. Michelle Orlijan and Cary Pealer are the owners of The Sacred Journey and are both advanced Reiki healing practitioners.
