Reiki Energy Healing Session

Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" (not physically touching your body) and is based on the idea that unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick and feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words- "Rei" which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and "Ki" which is "life force energy", so Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy". Within the healing session, we will also incorporate the energy from both crystals and a little bit of sound vibration to help improve the flow of energy and bring you into a state of higher vibration, balance, and well being. The session will start with a brief discussion about any specific areas you want to focus on, checking how open or closed each of the chakras (main energy centers of the body) are, and letting you know what to expect during the session. After the session, any insights received during the healing will be provided. The session will be done by Michelle, who is the owner of The Sacred Journey, and also the author of the books "The Keys to Conscious Creation", "Messages from Spirit", "Working with Energy", and "The Tarot Guide". She is a channel for spiritual energy, a teacher of spiritual wisdom, and an advanced Reiki healer.
